Billets Nantes

ModerateReportedRetail

On 20 October 2026, an individual claimed on a cybercriminal forum to have extracted 161 user accounts from the Billets Nantes website (billetsnantes.fr). FrenchBreaches examined the associated file: it holds 161 distinct email addresses, usernames, phone numbers for 51 accounts, technical identifiers, profile creation dates, social network links for 15 profiles and account statuses. No passwords, banking data or full postal addresses appear in the file. How the data was obtained and whether the site's systems were breached remain unconfirmed, and the organisation has not communicated so far.

The exposed email addresses and phone numbers can be used for targeted phishing aimed at the holders of these accounts.

Exposed data

  • Email address
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Customer ID
  • Other personal data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
