Zabun

ModerateReportedDigital services

On 17 October 2026, a threat actor claimed on a cybercriminal forum to be selling a database attributed to Zabun, a Belgian provider of software, websites and customer relationship management tools for real estate professionals. According to the listing, the data covers 892,288 people, about 1.57 million records totalling 3.8 GB. The samples show names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, property details and records of exchanges between agencies and their clients. These figures come only from the claim and have not been independently verified; Zabun has not confirmed the incident at this stage.

These data would let a malicious third party contact people who dealt with real estate agencies directly, using the context of their enquiries to make fraudulent messages more credible.

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
