O'Tacos

ModerateReportedRetail

Since 16 October 2026, a seller has claimed to be offering for sale a database of 334,474 customer address records from the fast-food chain O'Tacos. The seller states it covers the period from 10 March 2023 to 11 October 2026 and presents it as separate from an earlier leak. According to the published sample, the records would contain postal addresses, phone numbers, geographic coordinates, address labels, technical identifiers and creation and modification dates. The source cannot say whether names, email addresses or banking data are in the database. These are the seller's claims and have not been confirmed by the company. The row count reflects addresses, not necessarily as many customers, since one person may have registered several.

A delivery address linked to a phone number and geographic coordinates lets a malicious third party locate a home and contact the person, for example through fraudulent texts or calls.

  • Phone number
  • Customer ID
  • Other personal data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
