QPM Pro

ModerateReportedRetail

QPM Pro, a French company selling IT equipment and solutions to businesses, is the subject of a claim posted on a cybercriminal forum on 4 October 2026. The poster says they extracted a database through an SQL injection exploitable without authentication, and released a copy of it. The database reportedly holds 9 employee accounts, 102 business customer accounts, 54 orders and 112 delivery addresses, including e-mail addresses, company information and passwords hashed with bcrypt. The poster states the database holds further data they have not yet examined, and QPM Pro has not confirmed the incident so far.

Business e-mail addresses, company details and order histories would let a third party send convincing fraudulent e-mails targeting the customers.

Exposed data

  • Email address
  • Employment data
  • Customer ID
  • Password (hashed)
  • Order history
  • Postal address

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Change that password — and everywhere you reused it. That is how a leak spreads to your other accounts.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication on the affected accounts: a stolen password is then no longer enough.
  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
