LDLC
ModerateConfirmedRetail
The LDLC group has informed some of its customers that unauthorised access to one of its information systems may have led to personal data being viewed. The data involved includes name, postal address, email address, landline and mobile phone numbers, fax number where provided, title, language, customer type (individual or business), technical customer codes, registration date and date of last login to the customer account. LDLC states that banking data, login credentials and passwords are not affected, says it has isolated the affected solution and has notified the CNIL. The number of people affected and the date of the intrusion have not been disclosed.
This data lets a third party run targeted phishing or fraud attempts impersonating LDLC to identified customers.
