Planity

ModerateConfirmedDigital services

On September 27, 2026, an actor using the alias "Syrv4x" freely distributed on a cybercriminal forum a file presented as linked to Planity, a French online booking platform for hair salons, beauty institutes and wellness professionals. Independent analyses of the file report between roughly 14,600 and 17,200 client records, tied to about fifteen establishments using the platform, containing names, phone numbers and, for part of the records, email addresses, along with appointment frequency and spending data.

The combination of identity, contact details and appointment or spending history could facilitate targeted phishing or scam attempts against the individuals concerned.

Exposed data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Customer ID
  • Order history

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
