Altagem
ModerateConfirmedDigital services
The group Uways Qarani claimed on September 21, 2026 to have breached the systems of Altagem, a French software vendor serving field-service businesses (landscaping companies, mobile technicians). Screenshots released by the attackers show an interface listing 3,284 clients with contact details (name or company name, address, phone, email, internal ID), along with 36 administrator accounts and operational data (schedules, job sites, technician records). Neither the actual volume exfiltrated nor the number of affected client environments is established beyond what the screenshots show; Altagem has not issued a public statement on the incident to date.
The exposed contact details and client statuses would let a third party run targeted phishing against Altagem's clients and technicians using precise professional context (job sites, schedules, internal IDs).

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
