A cybercriminal actor using the alias ChimeraZ claims, on a cybercrime forum, to be selling a database attributed to NosRezo / Propertips, a French real-estate referral platform owned by iad Group. The claimed dataset covers 413,722 people, including 263,901 customers and 149,821 advisors, in a roughly 160 MB JSON file. A sample reportedly shows names, phone numbers, postal addresses and emails, along with real-estate project details and associated financial amounts. Neither NosRezo/Propertips nor iad Group has publicly confirmed the incident so far.
Contact details combined with real-estate project details and financial amounts could be used to craft credible phishing messages impersonating an advisor or agency.
