Sushi&Cie

ModerateReportedRetail

A hacker using the alias "4me1" published a database on a cybercrime forum on 13 September 2026, claiming it was obtained from Sushi&Cie, a Japanese restaurant chain based in Houdan, France. The database reportedly contains customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and account creation dates dating back to 2017, affecting around 6,000 users. No passwords or banking data appear in the disclosed sample. Neither Sushi&Cie nor an authority has confirmed the incident so far.

The combination of name, email and phone number could let attackers craft targeted phishing messages impersonating the restaurant chain.

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Customer ID
  • Connection data (IP, logs)

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
