Navigate360 (P3 Global Intel)
ModerateConfirmedEducation
In March 2026, a hacker claimed to have stolen roughly 93 GB of data from P3 Global Intel, a unit of U.S. company Navigate360 that operates anonymous tip platforms used by schools, police departments and the U.S. Department of Defense (including about 94,000 unclassified military tips). In total, more than 8.3 million tips spanning February 1987 to November 2025 were exposed, along with user account details and customer support requests. Although the platform advertised anonymity for tipsters, the leaked data shows its administrators had a way to de-anonymize people who submitted tips, including through their IP address.
The exposure can be used to identify people who anonymously reported an incident to police, their school or military authorities, exposing them to retaliation or a privacy harm.
